Claim Procedure

Before You Install

Inspect the Product: Check for any issues BEFORE installing (e.g., breakage, surface defects, foreign objects, color inconsistency, or color correctness).
Do Not Install: If you find a questionable product, do not install it.
Report to Dealer: Immediately report any problems to your dealer.
- If there are issues found before installation, please include pictures of the WSC packaging label with your claim submission.

When taking pictures, please get all four sides of the home. Always start from the front and work your way around in a counter-clockwise fashion:

First, take an overall picture of the Front Wall, followed by close-ups of any issues on that wall.
Next, take an overall picture of the Right Wall, followed by close-ups of any issues on that wall.
Then, take an overall picture of the Back Wall, followed by close-ups of any issues on that wall.
Finally, take an overall picture of the Left Wall, followed by close-ups of any issues on that wall.
